  • NWiT is a community platform meant to spark candid conversations about the challenges of working in the tech industry. Exploring mental, physical, and societal pressures, including burnout and discrimination, it offers actionable insights, resources, and a supportive community for those navigating whether to persevere or pivot out of tech.

  • Not Working in Tech is for current or former employees and leaders in the tech industry, as well as their family, friends, and adjacent fields interested in learning about these problems and solutions. It’s for those who have been burned, are burnt out, are struggling with an improvement plan, or don’t know how they are going to wake up and get through one more day in their tech job. It’s for those who want to leave and those who want to stay. It’s also for tech employees looking for validation, community, understanding, boundaries, and resources related to what’s not working in tech.
